Fields of work

Dr. Ralf Kopp has been working as scientific researcher and consultant at sfs, TU Dortmund, since 1989, and as co-ordinator of the sfs research area “Learning Organisation and Networks” since 2000, and as “Management board” since 2012. Main fields of work are Management of networks, Management of knowledge and management of innovation in context of SMEs. Current focus of research is on models of socio-digital systems of innovation, design of good workplaces for knowledge workers. This includes management of divers networks and consulting for organisation development.
