Fields of research:

Dr. Christoph Kaletka has been working as scientific researcher and consultant at sfs, TU Dortmund, since 2003, and as co-ordinator of the sfs research area “Labour and Education in Europe” since 2009, and as member of the management board since 2011. His main fields of work are social innovation, e-inclusion, (European) labour and employment policy, regional development, VET research and consultation.

Christoph Kaletka is coordinating the FP7 large-scale project “Social innovation – Driving Force of Social Change (SI-DRIVE)” and the Leonardo da Vinci project “Trans e-facilitator”, focusing on organizational and staff development in digital learning centres. Current research topics also include lifelong learning centres development, vocational and educational training in the steel industry, and the development of regional networks. He has been organising and moderating the “Correspondences” workshop series in which European experts provide and discuss good practice examples for regional employment strategies by strengthening endogenous potential.

One of the main working field is Social Innovation.
