Goals of „KliMoPrax“ and „UseUClim“

The aim of the two projects is to evaluate the practicability and user suitability and, thus, the applicability of the urban climate model PALM-4U that is to be developed in module A, and to enable, together with the cooperating municipal partners and future users, a realization according to their needs and requirements. Along all process steps, a continuous and permanent dialogue between the partners involved in module C and with the research partners of modules A and B will take place.

Further activities will be:

  • Creation of a joint “user and requirements catalogue” for the urban climate model by means of relevant user scenarios
  • The evaluation of the practicality of the urban climate model by the means of on-site test applications with and for the practice partners
  • Different studies for future research in terms of urban climate
  • Continuation of activities
