Presentation of I-Linc at the 9th EDEN Researchworkshop by Jens Maylandt

The activities of the I-Linc project, executed by the social researche center (sfs) of TU Dortmund, Telecentre Europe, European Schoolnet and Telefonica, were presented to the audience of the 9th EDEN Researchworkshop by Jens Maylandt (sfs), member of the I-Linc team. In the spotlight of his presentation stood the platform www.I-Linc.eu, which addresses all stakeholders acting in the fields of digital skills, youth employment and entrepreneurship.

The 9th EDEN Research Workshop, that has taken place on the 5th and 6th October in Oldenburg, dealed with new developments concerning “Online and Distance Learning“. Jens Maylandt (sfs) was presenting the activities of the I-Linc project which is executed by the social research center (sfs) of TU Dortmund, Telecentre Europe, European Schoolnet and Telefonica during a synergy session for fellow project managers and researchers.

I-Linc integrates the fields of “digital skills”, “youth employment” and “youth entrepreneurship” on its online platform (www.i-linc.eu). Users can present their organization and find new partners in the Stakeholder Database, they find tools and articles and are invited load up stuff for the other members, they can discuss several issues in the discussion forum (Wikinclusion) and by watching the Calendar of Events they do not miss any important conference. The platform was declared by the participants as a much-needed exchange and networking tool. Nearly all participants intend to present their projects on I-Linc.eu. In General the I-Linc platform is dedicated to everyone who is interested in the fields of digital skills, youth employment and entrepreneurship.
