Dmitri Domanski held keynote at the Second Shared Value Congress in Bogotá, Colombia

The event on 13th and 14th October focused on innovation as strategy to generate shared value.



The congress was organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, Uniempresarial (a university of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá) and the Carolina Foundation. The organizers invited to explore the connection between shared value and social innovation, to discuss how co-operation between academia and business could be improved and to look at alternatives for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to use innovation for shared value. Dmitri Domanski, researcher at TU Dortmund University – sfs, held the keynote on the importance of social innovation for society.


The work of the university Uniempresarial has been acknowledged on the international level due to successful implementation of the German dual education system in Colombia together with the German corporation for international cooperation GIZ.
